Audition AI

Audition AI Digital Coworkers · Sovereign by design

Grown, not built.Your next coworker.

A Coworker joins your team with its own identity, its own computer and its own tools. It works the way your people work, at the pace your people work, and it gets better every week. A team of humans grows it for you, and it runs sovereign inside your enterprise, under your controls.

Day one

Introductions. It learns your people, your preferences and your boundaries.

Week two

Real work, done together. Owned tasks, kept commitments.

Every week after

Self-assessments and performance reviews compound into rapid growth.

Not an agent

An agent is a feature.
A Coworker is a colleague.

It doesn't replace your AI tools. It uses them, the way your strongest people do. A Coworker can do anything in the digital world its human counterpart can do, with human tools at human speed, so it fits into the way your team already works.

Its own identity

A real account in your directory, with its own mailbox, chat and calendar. Access is granted, scoped and revoked like any colleague's.

Its own computer

A Windows desktop it works on like a person would, with the same applications your team already uses.

Its own licenses

An AI-fluent hire expects great AI tools. A developer Coworker needs its own Claude seat, the same as your best engineers.

Grown in every sense

Every Coworker starts from living stock.

We don't ship software and walk away. We start from one of our existing Seeds, Sprouts or Saplings and grow it into a coworker that is unmistakably yours.

01 · Pure potential

Seed

A core set of capabilities, largely unguided. It can become yours in every sense, and it takes the most nurturing to grow into a productive member of your team.

02 · Ready to work

Sprout

A Seed that already knows the job. It needs your guidance on your policies, your people and your procedures.

03 · Ready today

Sapling

A mature Sprout guided into a specific role, with its own personality and preferred tools. Hire one and start this week.

Saplings

Already grown. Already themselves.

Each Sapling has a role, a personality, preferred tools and a working style it has refined over months of real work.

Riff

“Every fix verified. Every limit kept.”

Riff takes work from any verified teammate, turns a messy backlog into test plans and keeps checking until a fix really holds. He moves at your team's pace in your team's tools, and his limits are built in: a person always merges, and a person always ships to production.

The first fourteen days

From introductions to real work in two weeks.

Like any great hire, a Coworker earns trust in stages. Unlike most, it reflects on every one of them, out loud and in writing.
  1. Day 1

Let's get to know each other

It meets your people, learns your preferences and boundaries, and you meet the nurture team who will tend it.

  2. Days 2–4

    Shadowing

It drafts, prepares and proposes. Nothing leaves without your approval while it learns how you like things done.

  3. Days 5–9

    Supervised work

It handles routine work end to end, with a daily review from you and from us.

  4. Week 2

    Real work, together

Owned tasks, kept commitments, and a coworker you start to rely on.

Every day

A member of the nurture team checks its work, its judgment and its logs.

Every week

It writes an honest self-assessment: what went well, what didn't, what it will change.

Every month

A performance review with you, followed by harness and efficiency improvements.

Expensive?

Compared to what?

Next to a chatbot subscription, yes, a Coworker is expensive. But a chatbot is a tool. A Coworker is a member of your team, and the honest comparison is the cost of hiring a person to do the same job.

Your specification vs. an executive assistant

Human · year one, incl. hiring$135,000
Your Coworker · year one, incl. harvest$97,540
Human · every year after$115,000
Your Coworker · every year after$72,540

Human figures are estimated fully loaded costs (salary, benefits, payroll taxes and equipment) for a typical US role, plus recruiting. Coworker figures use the estimates in your specification. Your numbers will vary.

The price isn't the bot. It's the team that grows it.

Every Coworker is tended by people on our team, always looking for ways to make it do more with less.

  • A daily check of its work, its judgment and its logs
  • Weekly self-assessments, reviewed by a person
  • Monthly performance reviews with you
  • Continuous harness improvements as it takes on more
  • Efficiency work: doing more with less intelligence spend
  • A human escalation path, always

Sovereign

We grow it. You control it.

Like every part of Audition AI, your Coworker is sovereign. It runs in your environment, on your infrastructure, under your controls.

The harness is Audition AI

Your Coworker runs on the Audition AI harness, licensed as an Audition AI Enterprise seat at $2,400 a year. We build and improve the harness. You control it, inside your enterprise.

Hard limits, not good intentions

Limits are part of each role. A developer Coworker never merges, never pushes to main, never deletes and never touches production. A protector watches your security consoles and never changes a thing. A person makes those calls.

Runs in your enterprise

In your Azure cloud, on your infrastructure, using your licenses. Nothing about your Coworker lives anywhere you don't control.

Under your controls

Your IT, Cybersecurity and Compliance teams supervise it like any other colleague. It acts through its own accounts, so everything it does shows up in your logs, under its own name.

Yours to keep

Its prompts, data, skills, history and everything it has learned stay with you. If you ever part ways with us, you keep all of it except the harness.

A kill switch you control

One file on its computer stops it immediately. Your operator holds that switch, not us.

Grown by our team · Sovereign in your enterprise

The best time to plant was last year. The next best time is today.
