What does fully hosted mean for Solo Pro and Teams Pro?
We run Audition AI for you, so there is no infrastructure to deploy or manage. Both plans include generous usage, training and hands-on live support. Pricing is coming soon.
What is the minimum purchase for Core?
Core requires a minimum of 10 seats with a three-month initial commitment, then continues month to month. At the standard rate, that is $500/month, or $1,500 for the initial three months.
Can I mix Core and Enterprise users?
Yes. Most teams start everyone on Core and move individual users to Enterprise as they need expanded capabilities, training or live support. Upgrading one user never requires migrating the rest of your organization.
What is the difference in support?
Solo Pro, Teams Pro and Enterprise include training and hands-on live support. Core is self-service with chat and email support.
Is the desktop Sidekick included with Core and Enterprise?
Each licensed Core or Enterprise user's own active desktop Sidekick is included. Additional remote or unattended Sidekick machines (Desktop or Server) are $50/month per machine on any plan.
